Aims
This course is designed to provide evidence of an employee’s ability to perform particular process tasks in the chemical industry. The qualification also demonstrates the quality of your workforce to potential customers as well as improving employee morale, job motivation and providing evidence for progression within your company.
This qualification benefits both the employer and employee, through improved commitment and performance. Units in the NVQ include Preparing Pipelines and Hoses, Transfer of Bulk Liquid Products and Providing Product Control Information.
Objectives
On completion of the NVQ assessments the candidates will be awarded an NVQ level 2 in bulk liquid warehousing having proved competence in a particular job role and passed 6 mandatory and 2 optional NVQ units.

This course is specifically designed for those who work in the chemical industry who have not obtained any formal qualifications.
