This course is designed to provide evidence of an employee’s ability to perform particular roles in manufacturing industries. The qualification also demonstrates the quality of your workforce to potential customers as well as improving employee morale, job motivation and providing evidence for progression within your company. This training benefits both the employer and employee through improved commitment and performance.
Objectives
By the end of the programme candidates will have proved their competence in a particular job role and on completion of their NVQ assessments the candidates will be awarded an NVQ level 2 in Performing Manufacturing Operations.
