Training Quality Standard – Recognising Excellence in Training Delivery for Employers
GEN II are the first work based learning provider in the UK to be awarded the Training Quality Standard with excellence in Nuclear and Engineering. TQS is one of the highest training accolades possible and is an award which recognises GEN II’s outstanding work with employers. Training Quality Standard recognises and accredits providers, who can demonstrate excellence in delivering training solutions to employers, which meet their needs and positively impact upon their business. The Training Quality Standard has been designed to reflect employers’ priorities and expectations in sourcing training and development solutions, and the practices of the organisations proven to be the best at delivering them.

Employer Views 2011
In line with the GEN II Employer Engagement Strategy the company actively collect data in order to ensure continuous improvement of services and product offerings and to enable GEN II to meet the needs and expectations of their employers. 46 employers were surveyed in December 2010, please click here to view the results of the survey.

Safeguarding for Employers
GEN II is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learnersincluding young people and vulnerable adults. Employers also have a responsibility to the learners they employ. We also recognise that we have a duty to help employers, staff and learners to recognise their responsibilities, through guidance, support and training.
