Accreditation: Positive About Disabled People

GENII are committed to the employment and career development of disabled people. To demonstrate our commitment we use the Disability Symbol, which is awarded by the Employment Service

Its a recognition given by the Employment Service to employers who have agreed to take action to meet five commitments regarding the employment, retention, training and career development of disabled employees.

Accreditation: ISOQAR

GEN II are ISOQAR accredited having had their Integrated Management System approved.

An Integrated Management System is where an organization has combined two or more management system standards.  In GEN II's case this involves the combining of three internationally recognised standards.  The GEN II Integrated Management System is accredited by ISOQAR and covers the following registrations,  ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management; ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental Management; and OHSAS 18001: 2007 Health & Safety Management.

These three accreditations provide independent recognition of GEN II's consistency and continuous improvement of working practices, which in turn should provide products and services that either meet or exceed customer's expectations and requirements. 

The external accreditation is an on-going process, which has to be earned.  GEN II will be externally audited twice every year by ISOQAR to ensure that the high standards achieved will be maintained.

Accreditation: Matrix

The matrix Standard is the national quality standard for any organisation that delivers information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work.

The matrix Standard replaced the original National Quality Standards for Learning and Work, which were introduced to ensure that the information, advice and guidance services funded by the Government were of a high quality.

The matrix Standard consists of eight elements, four focused on how you deliver your service and four focused on how you manage your service.

GENII were accredited with the matrix Standard in April 2006.
